After Darkness by Christine Piper – When I included this year’s Vogel Literary Award winning title in my collection of ‘Noteworthy Book Releases in May‘ a few weeks back I received queries from international readers as to when this title might be published in countries other than Australia. I referred this question to the lovely Christine herself and she’s advised the international release date could be at least a year away or more, but those keen to read After Darkness could try an Australian online retailer with inexpensive international delivery such as Readings (currently offering $5 discount on cover price). Christine also arranged for publisher Allen & Unwin to send me a copy for review.

How Does One Dress to Buy Dragonfruit? True Stories of Expat Women in Asia, edited by Shannon Young – Another interesting June release from Signal8Press, emerging publisher focusing on works in English from the Asian region.

Fatal Impressions, Coleman and Dinah Greene Mystery #2 by Reba White Williams – A mystery set in the art world, right up my alley. I’m participating in the virtual tour for this novel hosted by The Story Plant.

Love the look of How Does One Dress to Buy Dragonfruit? – I adore dragonfruit and tend to buy one very soon after getting off the plane – so I’d say that I’d be dressing very poorly :)
